And Elijah said to Ahab, “Go, eat and drink, for there is the sound of a heavy rain.” So Ahab went off to eat and drink, but Elijah climbed to the top of Carmel, bent down to the ground and put his face between his knees. “Go and look toward the sea,” he told his servant. And he went up and looked. “There is nothing there,” he said. Seven times Elijah said, “Go back.” The seventh time the servant reported, “A cloud as small as a man’s hand is rising from the sea.” So Elijah said, “Go and tell Ahab, ‘Hitch up your chariot and go down before the rain stops you.’” Meanwhile, the sky grew black with clouds, the wind rose, a heavy rain started falling and Ahab rode off to Jezreel. The power of the Lord came on Elijah and, tucking his cloak into his belt, he ran ahead of Ahab all the way to Jezreel.

In 2023 the challenge for you and I is to operate in our status; the provision of God for the extraordinary in which we live, breathe, and have our being. Although we have new life, what we do with it and how we create in it; the developing, nurturing, and sustaining of our lives is totally up to us. We have been given by God the power and authority within us to transform our space to that which should be, we must simply choose to live and operate in the fullness of life, that which God intends. God created us to be co-creators with Him and has delegated all of His power and authority to us, a Most Favored Status, the Crown Of His Glory, and tells us to go. Go forth in your new year living and operating in your status, expecting the extraordinary, inspiring, if not charging, your entire space with the exceedingly abundantly more than you can ever ask or imagine by the power within you and it will compel others to the revelation of God for their lives.
