DAILY MEDITATION
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
John 1:1-14
As we celebrate Christmas, the birth of Jesus Christ, it is the time for us to ready and prepare ourselves fro the explosion of God’s power and presence in and over our lives. Please know, that this once a year celebration of the birth of Christ is not a one time occasion but a single day to remember that God brings to us salvation and is available to us each and every day of our lives. God has spoken and what He has spoken has come to be in our lives as the opportunity for us to be reconciled to His promises, to believe that what He has spoken is true so we can LIVE. Salvation, deliverance is available to you and I as we decide to LIVE and Build Capacity to navigate and handle life with all of its challenges and obstacles. God’s World made flesh is His promises being revealed and manifested in our lives as we co-create with God what should be, as declared by Him. Mary and Joseph were chosen and as a result they collaborated with God to bring deliverance to the world as well as to themselves. We too must take God’s purpose and plan for our lives and make it flesh, real, that will bring deliverance to the world and to our lives. Remember, God does absolutely nothing by mistake or happenstance, it is all Divinely ordered and He choose you to make His Word of life for you, flesh. Take your Word of life and make it your identity, be who you are as declared by God. As your identity permeates your life and your decisions as well as actions, you make real, flesh, God’s promises for your life. Life’s challenges and obstacles are distraction and have come to stop God’s Word becoming flesh, real, extract life out of them for in the heart fo each of them is God and your opportunity to prosper you, Build Capacity that positions and empowers you to LIVE in His promises. Embody faith in what you believe should be for your life, forming and pressing out your life and life more abundantly, making flesh, real, the promises of God. Celebrate this Christmas like never before for salvation, deliverance has come to you, right where you are, Build Capacity to LIVE and make, with God, His Word for your life and life more abundantly become flesh, real!
