DAILY MEDITATION

Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good,

and let your soul delight itself in fatness. Incline your ear, and come unto me:

hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.

Isaiah 55:2-3

The challenge to Fully Live in the life and life more abundantly promised by God is to be careful where you expend your energy. Expending your energy into people, places, and things that will not fuel your living in that which should be will leave you empty, frustrated, and detoured from your path of life to LIVE. What may appear to be right and a pathway to your promise can be deceptive if you do not allow the Spirit of God to lead and guide you. The Spirit of God within you connecting with the prevailing presence of God and His promise for your life is a must to discern and act in ways that contribute, that build out your well-lived and joy filled life. Everyone of us make mistakes and wrong decisions, it is a part of us being human, it is the Spirit that lifts us out of our humanity into the supernatural abilities of and through the Spirit. Listen to God and His Spirit within you and follow, God will be before you and in pursuit of you and His promises of what should be for your life. Remember takers; people, places, and things have come to steal, kill, and destroy but the givers and giving of your life; people, places, and things, are tools of God to expand you and make you fat in the way of the Lord. LIVE by rejecting the spirit of taking and embrace the spirit of a giver and giving, expecting and flexible to receive and as you do you will be able to discern where to spend your energy that yields the life and life more abundantly promised by God.
