DAILY MEDITATION

And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed. (And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.) And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city. And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:) To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child. And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.

Luke 2:1-7

No room in the inn is a symbolic gesture of what our spaces can become if we are not careful and sensitive to what God is and wants to do in our lives. We can allow our lives to be so cluttered that we do not have the space for the coming of Christ, the coming of our promises of life and life more abundantly. It is more than a general danger that we squeeze out our promises but more so specifically, in each and everyone of our daily engagements, that we must be careful and sensitive to the room we have for the promises of God. Be careful that you do not allow the vicissitudes of life to take control of your life making you insensitive and providing no room for your opportunities to advance in your life and life more abundantly. Transforming Spaces is an essential to positioning yourself for sensitivity and room to embrace and revive that which builds our your well-lived and joy filled life. Beware that often the things of life may seem appropriate for your space, look good but may not be good for your advancement, taking up room and hindering your ability to LIVE. Occupy Your Promise by releasing yourself from everything that hinders, stands in the way, separates you - making no room for your promises of life and life more abundantly!
