DAILY MEDITATION

And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

Luke 1:35

Christmas can be a wonderful season of celebration, however, it depends upon how one approaches it for maximum return. If you approach it from the commercial angle and you have money or credit it can be off the chain, however, if you do not it can be miserable and frustrating. If you approach it from a season of joy and fellowship, there is always a party, dinner, gathering for one to have a great time, however, if you are yet grieving for family, friends who are no longer with you it can be depressing and emotionally challenging, causing you to run from people and fellowship. But if you approach it from the coming of Christ to the world, it transcends all things, money, frustration, depression, grief and yet yields most things, celebration, fun, family, friends, and fellowship. The Christmas season is the time for you and I to be renewed and revitalized. Christ, the One who has come that we might have life and life more abundantly, challenges us to transformation, no matter where we are even a stable, from what is to what should be! With Christ comes the power of The Spirit and if we receive Christ we receive the opportunity to Live in The Spirit whose assignment is to lead and guide us into the very life and life more abundantly available to us. Today Let’s Go In, no matter where we are on the spectrum of celebration, frustration, depression grief, fun, fellowship, money, family, friends, with an eye of expectancy for the path brighten by the coming of Christ that leads us to life and life more abundantly!
