Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh.

Hebrews 10:19-20

Living in The Spirit releases us from us and to the grace of God. We can enter into the blessings of God not because of how good we are but instead because of the grace and mercy of God. The Spirit will remind us that we must move and God is calling us beyond our flesh and our weaknesses to total reliance on Him. It is Living in The Spirit that empowers us to rise above us and our flesh and the yearning of our flesh to the promises of God.
