SPRING FORTH NOW

Don’t fool yourself into thinking that you are a listener when you are anything but, letting the Word go in one ear and out the other. Act on what you hear! Those who hear and don’t act are like those who glance in the mirror, walk away, and two minutes later have no idea who they are, what they look like. But whoever catches a glimpse of the revealed counsel of God—the free life!—even out of the corner of his eye, and sticks with it, is no distracted scatterbrain but a man or woman of action. That person will find delight and affirmation in the action.

James 1:22-25

In order for there to be successful completion of anything, action is required. Life and nothing about worth having and/or enjoying it is easy. Life demands not only choosing to live in the fullness of life and what can and should be for you but it also demands your investing in what you believe by putting your money where your mouth is. Expect nothing from nothing, what you put in is the least you will get out. The more you decide to take action on what you believe the more you sow into what can and should be and therefore, yield your harvest. Your beliefs are only matched and excelled by your actions. As you Readjust your life to what you believe can and should be, you act on your belief with the intent to produce the expected end. Your expected end is the direct result of your actions coupled with God’s Spirit, His wind blowing in and through your experiences. Breathe: New Life not because you hear it, but also because you intentionally act upon it, sow into your life to produce that which you believe can and should be and God will send His Spirit to carry your actions farther than you can ever ask or think!
