“I am coming to you now, but I say these things while I am still in the world, so that they may have the full measure of my joy within them. I have given them your word and the world has hated them, for they are not of the world any more than I am of the world. My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one. They are not of the world, even as I am not of it. Sanctify them by[a] the truth; your word is truth. As you sent me into the world, I have sent them into the world. For them I sanctify myself, that they too may be truly sanctified. “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message,

John 17:13-20 (NIV)

God intentionally chose His Son, Jesus Christ, the Anointed One, to use as a vehicle to sanctify us for His purpose and plan. The Bible says, before the foundation of the world was laid, Christ had already been slain. Thus, God knew and knows that we, although willing would not be perfect and will be influenced by the world and the evil that exists, nevertheless, God established us and Set Apart our lives to fulfill His intent. Christ, the Anointed One, the One chosen to Set Apart, wash our lives over and over so that despite and in spite of our failings and shortcomings we could still be triumphant in our experiences to fulfill God’s purposes. It is this foreknowledge and love of God for us to put into place the necessary protocols so that where we may find ourselves in separation from God and His purpose, we can get right back on the pathway of life, to our Most Favored Status. Before time, God intended for Christ to wash us with His Word of truth for our lives, sending us forth into our pathway where He has already provided whatever is needed for us to win. Walk in your Most Favored Status because you have been sanctified in and through every experience of your life to fulfill God’s purpose and plan which will yield your life and life more abundantly, both in your future and in your right now.
