SPRING FORTH NOW - DAILY MEDITATION
And I will turn my hand upon thee, and purely purge away thy dross,
and take away all thy tin: And I will restore thy judges as at the first,
and thy counsellors as at the beginning: afterward thou shalt be called,
The city of righteousness, the faithful city. Zion shall be redeemed with judgment, and her converts with righteousness.
Isaiah 1:25-27
Having a full house, our being and space, provides reproof as we seek to navigate life and its challenges to living in the promises of God. As we Fill Our House we are available to God’s Spirit controlling in our lives that not only leads and guides but also judges, convicting us concerning our actions so that they align with the fulfillment of God’s promises for our lives. We need not be afraid, allowing fear to reign because of our frailty as humans and limited insight and understanding, we are equipped with the Spirit that makes us sensitive to what is the prepared way of God for our lives. God has equipped us with the breath of life that challenges us internally for God’s intent to prevail. God is ever present with us through His Spirit and as a result we are constantly nudged to make our way plain, straight in the beforehand prepared pathway. Thus, our challenge in life is to be sensitive to the Spirit of God within, to Catch The Wind of His Spirit and flow, making whatever necessary adjustments and/or corrections to live in the abundance of God’s promises. Life will present challenges that will appear to overwhelm us, diverting our actions from God’s plan to what appears to be best for our lives, however, because we are full of the Spirit, we are able to make the necessary adjustments, flowing in the right pathway He has prepared for us. Our plea for God to Fill Our House is not just about what we need now but a constant reservoir of God’s presence and power flowing with us along our life’s journey to the fulfillment of His promises.
