SPRING FORTH NOW - DAILY MEDITATION

That’s when Peter stood up and, backed by the other eleven, spoke out with bold urgency: “Fellow Jews, all of you who are visiting Jerusalem, listen carefully and get this story straight. These people aren’t drunk as some of you suspect. They haven’t had time to get drunk—it’s only nine o’clock in the morning. This is what the prophet Joel announced would happen: “In the Last Days,” God says, “I will pour out my Spirit on every kind of people:

Your sons will prophesy, also your daughters; Your young men will see visions, your old men dream dreams. When the time comes, I’ll pour out my Spirit On those who serve me, men and women both, and they’ll prophesy.

I’ll set wonders in the sky above and signs on the earth below,

Blood and fire and billowing smoke, the sun turning black and the moon blood-red,

Before the Day of the Lord arrives, the Day tremendous and marvelous;

And whoever calls out for help to me, God, will be saved.”

Acts 2:14-21

The bold and courageous character needed for us to face the adversity of our lives comes as a direct result of our houses being filled. Our house, our being and space, is fortified because we are on full and thus can face whatever is before us. Let your cry, plea be today to Fill Your House and in your pleadings make sure you take the necessary action to do what is necessary for your house to be filled. Our space is critically important to our ability to handle what is before us and so we should busy ourselves, even in the downtime of our lives, to fill our space with people, places, and things that enhance our ability to overcome obstacles to the promises of God for our lives. Review your space and fill your space with what it is you believe will support you in living in God promises for your life. Fill Your House with what is necessary as a resource for your acting and executing those actions with boldness to face what you must in order to overcome. It is God’s Spirit inside of you which has been given to equip you with a sensitivity and insight to accomplish the filling of your space, using it to lead and guide, discerning that which is necessary. Catch The Wind of God’s Spirit and flow in that which is necessary for you to overcome and inherit His promises, to Fill Your House which emboldens you in everything God intends for your life. God is available to you and He will pour out to all who so desires!
