SPRING FORTH NOW - DAILY MEDITATION

Thus saith God the Lord, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it;

he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein: I the Lord have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles; To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house. I am the Lord: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them.

Isaiah 42:5-9

The mean time of life is extremely frustrating as it is a waiting process that is frustrated by the reality of your present in conflict with what is your hope, expected future. No matter how saved your are, the time when you are in-between what is and what should be are down right frustrating. Although, it is clear from our faith our mean time should be focused on what is to come, it is the uncertainty of the when it will come that we find ourselves most vulnerable to the reality of our experiences. We are admonished by the Word that we should give the devil no space; the darkness of our experiences to take up space, energy in our life, however, how can it not given the reality of the struggle between what is and what shall be and the what is appears continuous and permanent. I would suggest to you that the waiting time can be and is deceptive; waiting is not just sitting around doing nothing but instead it the time which demands our working as though it is day. We must use our frustration as fuel toward that which should be by working to dispel the darkness of our experiences and reforming it into light. Things may not change in the immediate or we wake up and God has totally flipped the script but what the waiting time does is force us to draw on His deposit within, His Spirit and when we exercise it, allow it to brood over the deep of our experiences, we transform our darkness and chaos into our heaven and earth. The wait time is the challenging time to allow our spirit to take over, giving the devil no space, and spring forth to define our pathway forward. The pressing times of the waiting period is the opportunity for our spirit to come alive, be activated to accomplish what God intends. Receive that which is the authentic you, your spirit, and with your spirit, power to be demonstrative of that which is promised. Catch The Wind of God’s Spirit and in the midst of your frustration Receive the Spirit of God, purposed to lead and guide you in the pathway of flourishing through all things, even the valleys and shadows of what appears to be death for your life!
