DAILY MEDITATION

November 24, 2019

I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

John 15:1-5

Working our assignment, God’s purpose and plan for our lives, cannot be fully done without our working our relationship with God.  Our relationship with God is the thing that eventually leads us to freedom to choose God’s way over the pressures and challenges of life.  To be free from that which appears to be damaging and de-habilitating is a hard choice which requires a freedom from things to a freedom to God.  Abiding in God makes God, His will and way, priority, despite and in spite of the pressures and challenges of life.  Christ warns us that as we abide in Him so He abides in us and we will bear fruit, LIVE and be Fruitful and Multiply.  The vine, which is Christ, is the very substance of our being of life and as we are connected to Him we have the free flow of God’s power and authority to combat and overcome any and all things!  Remember God’s Word is Him and He is His Word, thus, what He has declared for our lives is very much Him and as we are in Him we manifest, bring to life God’s Word and we LIVE.  We cannot do anything, nothing without God, God knew and knows what the journey of our assignment, His purpose and plan, is before we ever engage one step and in Him, by definition His Word, we have everything we need to LIVE and be Fruitful and Multiply.  LIVE today in oneness, relationship with God through Jesus Christ, His Word, who reconciled us to Him and His way so that we would be Fruitful and Multiply, in and through all things, including the pressures and challenges of life.
