DAILY MEDITATION

And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

II Corinthians 12:7-10

Living Under Grace places us under the flow of God’s love and power to and for us even when we do not deserve it. Nothing about our lives or us except God’s love for us makes it possible for us to survive and thrive, to LIVE. We belong to God and His purpose for our lives and despite our efforts of our flesh God stands available, if we are willing to believe and accept Him to LIVE in the life and life more abundantly promised. The obstacles of our life that seeks to separate us from God, sin, has been given to us to keep us humble but also to reveal the power of God in our lives. However, the obstacles can be and are often overwhelming challenging our faith to believe what should be as ordained by God. The challenge to have faith is the very vehicle God uses to reveal to us Himself but also the fact that we have been chosen, anointed for our life, including the obstacles of our life, to manifest Him as He manifests us. We are victors simply because of God’s love toward us and thus He gave His Son, nailing Him and everyone of our sins, that which separates us from God, to the cross so that even though death looms we have the opportunity to be resurrected to what God has ordained for our lives through the power within us. Living Under Grace is God’s challenge and opportunity for us to access His Spirit, the. power within us to overcome and inherit all things as promised.
