DAILY MEDITATION

O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever. Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy; And gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south. They wandered in the wilderness in a solitary way;

they found no city to dwell in. Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them. Then they cried unto the Lord in their trouble,

and he delivered them out of their distresses. And he led them forth by the right way,

that they might go to a city of habitation. Oh that men would praise the Lord for his goodness,

and for his wonderful works to the children of men! For he satisfieth the longing soul,

and filleth the hungry soul with goodness.

Psalm 107:1-9

Rejoice and LIVE! As you look back over your life there have been difficulties but not once has the Lord abandoned you, you may not have known that He was there and even felt as though you were abandoned but yet you are here for God is with you. The difficulties of our lives during the dark period of them appear as though we have lost and/or crushed but once we come to the light at the end of the tunnel and can look back we can see that what we experienced was the opportunity for us to mature and grow. The maturing and growing, if left to us, would have been avoided but placed in the light of day, our overcoming, we can see that we are the better, greater, and stronger as a result. No one wants to endure the suffering and pain of life’s experiences but once we are through and arrive in our large place, the place of our promise, we know that it was necessary, although we wished we could have avoided it. God deserves our praise for when difficulties attempted to destroy us, God turned them around to make and shape us for what was before us. We wandered in darkness but as a result came into the marvelous light and have increased value and know with all for the promises of God and God, Himself. It is through our difficulties that we are formed and shaped to possess, occupy, and LIVE in that which is our large place and it was God, His goodness and mercy that prepares and reveals to us the possibilities of our promise and reveals that we have what it takes and are equipped to Drive Our Narrative and LIVE! God does satisfy our hunger and thirst as we find ourselves in the difficulties of life by calling on His name and He responds appropriately in order for us to LIVE!
