What actually took place is this: I tried keeping rules and working my head off to please God, and it didn’t work. So I quit being a “law man” so that I could be God’s man. Christ’s life showed me how, and enabled me to do it. I identified myself completely with him. Indeed, I have been crucified with Christ. My ego is no longer central. It is no longer important that I appear righteous before you or have your good opinion, and I am no longer driven to impress God. Christ lives in me. The life you see me living is not “mine,” but it is lived by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. I am not going to go back on that.

Galatians 2:19-20 (The Message)

The year of 2018 is now coming to a close and we are pointed toward another New Year and the Word of the Lord is to LIVE! LIVE as though what was is no longer and what shall be will be. As we journey through 2018 it was a year of becoming, designing our lives so that we might occupy every promise of God for our lives. Occupying Our Promise was about taking possession of what God has declared, prepared, and made available unto you and I. Now we must LIVE in our promise, enjoying our life and life more abundantly. Living in the promises of Good is an act of faith, believing what should be will be and acting upon that. The journey, process may be rocky and dark but fear no evil for God is with you, the fulfillment of your promises may not look like it in the natural but walk in the Spirit and yet LIVE. Paul says despite and in spite of the circumstances of his life, He has decided to take God at His Word, His promise and choose life, to LIVE in the exceedingly, abundantly, more than he could ask or think by the power that is within him. The same promise, opportunity is available to you and I, we have this very treasure in his clay jars, the breathe of life from God - His Spirit that makes us a living soul, alive to LIVE. Declare and act, LIVE, for this is your year of jubilee, release from any and all things that wound hinder, prevent, or keep you from your fullness of life and life more abundantly experienced in your here and now. You may not see in the natural how it can be but make yourself available to God and understand this will be your year of creativity. God is the potter and you are the clay, be creative with the life that is yours and allow God, His Spirit to shape and mold you and your circumstances into that which is your promise, receiving and embracing the life and life more abundantly. Your year of jubilee and creativity is couched, rooted, grounded in your willingness to believe, to have faith and by your faith you will frame and shape your world, the very fulfillment and manifestation of the promises of God. LIVE for it is your year, your time, the acceptable year of the Lord!
