DAILY MEDITATION

If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,

Philippians 3:11-13

On this Thanksgiving Day 2018, I am so grateful that I am not who I was but the process of life has transformed me and positioned me for the fulfillment and occupation of my promise of life and life more abundantly. A Transformed Life understands that life is a process and as a result engages whatever life brings from the position of taking the driver seat in order to get to the destination of one’s expected end, the promise. Engaging the circumstances of your life from the driver seat indicates a certain orientation that one has adopted that whatever life brings I am going for the best, for that which builds out my well-,lived and joy filled life. The direction in which I am going, despite the difficulties and adversities of my present situation, is set and nothing and no one can hinder me because I am determined to get to my expected end, fulfillment of promise. I may be slowed up or detoured because of life but it will not be the end, whatever happens, for I will rise from it to my life and life more abundantly. Orientation to your promise equips you to sensitivity of your process and the things of the process, diligently seeking the way and path of God through your situation to your promise, ordained steps to the very presence of God where you will find your fullness of joy, promise. Being sensitive says I am constantly looking, expecting doors of opportunities that lead to my victory, overcoming and inheriting all things. Your sensitivity is fueled by your taking the driver seat of your life, diligently seeking your expected end, the very vision and promise for your life. Occupy Your Promise by embracing your process of life, driving your narrative by orienting yourself and your actions toward your promise and being sensitive to God’s direction, your ordained steps, toward your promise of life and life more abundantly!
