DAILY MEDITATION

Thus saith the Lord; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord. For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited. Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is.

Jeremiah 17:5-7

Transformational Leadership requires confidence in where you are leading, the what should be for your life. The tensions of where you are will not disappear because you have the opportunity for life and life more abundantly. You must choose life and in choosing life the context of your present reality will shift and cause tensions and you must be willing to withstand. Withstanding the transformation of you and your space will cause pain and suffering, maybe not outwardly but definitely in practice, for it will be different and no longer the way it was. You cannot trust that everything and you will cooperate with the newness of the life and life more abundantly and thus you have to be anchored, grounded in what should be. God is faithful, He will not allow you to be tempted, tried above that which you are able but will provide a way out so that you can stand up under it. Your way out may seem far but draw near to it and to God and He will and your promise will draw nigh to you. Blessed will you be as you seek to Occupy Your Promise although tensions will arise but nevertheless because of your groundedness, your hope is in the Lord and that which is promised, that which should be!
