As a result of our willingness to pursue that which God has declared for our lives, the well-lived and joy filled life promised, we must be willing to be transformed by what should be and thus be transformers. Transformational Leadership happens because of our wiliness to take action on what should be for our lives, forging our way through what is and co-creating with God what should be. To become a new person takes work that transforms our thinking as well as plans toward that which God has ordered for our lives. In addition, becoming new releases us from the old as well as those things that are real that separate and hinders us from fulfilling what God promised, life and life more abundantly. The process of the transformation takes not only our commitment but also endurance as we transform everything in our space and thus us toward what God has promised.
