Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.

John 14:6-7

Transformational Leadership is the ability to take the reins of one’s life, situation, organization, or anything and model and take action toward what should be as established by vision. Vision is the very thing that should be despite what things are. Vision is fulfilled as a result of a willing visionary; someone who makes them selves available to be impressed by the Creator-God with the purpose and plan established by your creation. And for a visionary to accomplish their vision; the visionary must get out front modeling and assisting in the necessary action of transforming the space in which they exist to what is promised. Transforming is different than just changing; changing denotes just different than what was before. Transformation takes the existing products and uses them to forge something new, a new creation, a fulfillment of vision, the purpose and plan as designated by God the Creator. Occupy Your Promise by using what you got, taking the reins of your life and with what exist begin to not only model what should be but also taking action and co-creating with God that which should be as promised!
