DAILY MEDITATION

And the seven years of dearth began to come, according as Joseph had said: and the dearth was in all lands; but in all the land of Egypt there was bread. And when all the land of Egypt was famished, the people cried to Pharaoh for bread: and Pharaoh said unto all the Egyptians, Go unto Joseph; what he saith to you, do. And the famine was over all the face of the earth: And Joseph opened all the storehouses, and sold unto the Egyptians; and the famine waxed sore in the land of Egypt. And all countries came into Egypt to Joseph for to buy corn; because that the famine was so sore in all lands.

Genesis 41:54-57

Strategic Planning is necessary to navigate the difficulties that life will surely bring.  The world in which we live is crazy with all kinds of twists and turns and some are not just external but also internal.  We are constantly in a battle between will and reality and thus we must account for those battles with strategic actions that empower instead of deter us from building out our well-lived and joy filled life as promised.  Our relationship with the Creator-God of all things and the One who has declared our life and life more abundantly is critical to ensure we walk in the ordered steps, the commands of God for our lives.  As we allow our connection, union with the Creator-God, we are equipped to navigate the sure difficulties of life and the world in which we exist toward the abundance and manifestation of God’s promise in our lives.  God’s ordered steps leads us to springs of life-giving water regardless of life’s, the world, and their difficulties.  Not only will you be blessed as a result of walking in God’s ordered steps but you also make it possible for others to enjoy the life and life more abundantly promised.  Occupy Your Promise for God is a very present help, guiding you to your well-lived and joy filled life, illuminating your path so that others may also enjoy the life and life more abundantly promised for all!
