DAILY MEDITATION

January 7, 2018

God told Jeremiah, “Up on your feet! Go to the potter’s house. When you get there, I’ll tell you what I have to say.”  So I went to the potter’s house, and sure enough, the potter was there, working away at his wheel. Whenever the pot the potter was working on turned out badly, as sometimes happens when you are working with clay, the potter would simply start over and use the same clay to make another pot.

Jeremiah 18:1-4

The life you have is yours and what you do with it will determine whether or not it will be filled with abundance of joy and prosperity.  When God created you He did a deed well done, however, life and all of its twists and turns have taken an affect on you but you have the power with God to transform the impact of life’s adversities for your good.  The initial step to designing your life for that which God has promised is to reframe your mindset.  As long as you think that you are in the passenger seat for life, life will always drive you to places that separate you from the life and life more abundantly promised, you will wonder around aimlessly accepting and receiving anything that life’s journey brings.  Reframe your mindset, which places you and God’s promises in the driver seat no matter the terrain. Get up and go to the Potter’s house, reframe your thinking to that of God’s thinking and promises for your life.  The context of your situation may seem impossible and difficult but release your imagination to God’s opportunities God always has a way.  Remember God has prepared your way and with His preparation He has provided every opportunity of escape that you might stand up under whatever exist in your life and win the victory, overcome.  As you release your imagination you are more sensitive, aware, have insight of the experiences of your life as processes.  Recognizing the process frees you from the fear that failure is eminent and absolute, but instead you understand that the experience is only the opportunity to reveal God and His promises for your life.  Take Possession of your life and Occupy Your Promise by driving the narrative of your life and designing it as God has ordained!
