DAILY MEDITATION

Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore they shall know in that day that I am he that doth speak: behold, it is I. How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth! Thy watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together shall they sing:

for they shall see eye to eye, when the Lord shall bring again Zion.

Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem:

for the Lord hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem.

The Lord hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations;

and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.

Isaiah 52:6-10

Living in The Spirit positions us in the circumstances of our lives to discern the will and way of God. As we discern God’s leading and guiding we are able to walk through whatever is before us triumphantly, yielding the promises of God. As we yield the promises of God in our lives we are both verbal and non-verbal witnesses of God’s love and power available to all. Watch in your circumstances for the move of God and pursue it and in doing so you herald God. The way may be very difficult but seek and pursue God through The Spirit and you will be able to break out in joy. As the old saints said, “I can laugh when I feel like crying, run when I should give up” because The Spirit sustains us and shows us which way to go. As you and I move toward 2018, Let’s Go In to the power of The Spirit that sustains and delivers us with joy into the promises of God, the path to God that yields fullness of joy!
