DAILY MEDITATION

The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord,

make straight in the desert a highway for our God. Every valley shall be exalted,

and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain: And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed,

and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.

Isaiah 40:3-5

Life with its many twists and turns are bearable as a result of Living in The Spirit. If we can only see in and through the flesh our situations can appear hopeless, frustrating, and down right impossible, however, in The Spirit we are lifted beyond the natural to the supernatural. The supernatural is possible through The Spirit, seeing what cannot be seen in the natural to the promises of God. We must nurture our relationship with God, in spite of and despite our flesh and shortcomings. Focusing on The Spirit releases our cares and burdens to the One who loves us and gives us life in the midst of all things. The confidence we have is that God knew and knows our plight and has prepared the way. To see the way we must be in The Spirit for in The Spirit He has a way prepared that gives us highways in deserts, exalts our valleys and minimize our mountains and hills, even straightens our crooked places. God desires to be revealed in our lives in the fullness of His power and love so that we are His witnesses to the world. Let’s Go In with the confidence that the way is prepared and God will be revealed to us and through us in the fullness of His power and love!
